As an exhibitor you can book a design-your-own stand or a stand plus construction. Different stand sizes from 6 sq. m. upwards can be booked at different prices for both categories of stand. For details click on Fair registration.

Most exhibitors book a complete stand. Measuring 6 sq. m., it consists of a 3 m OCTANORM back wall with stand inscription, a counter with a stool, a table (approx. 1.5 m wide and 0.75 m deep) and a chair. The table is wrapped in a fabric cover so that there is sufficient storage space below for your brochures and other material that is hidden from sight.

In addition to the stand, an electricity charge including connection and consumption can be booked for a flat rate of €50 plus VAT. The flat-rate charge for additional back wall lighting (for a complete stand only) is €100 plus VAT.
