| Stand allocation |
The fair management allocates the stands on the spot as of 8 p.m. on Thursday evening and 8 a.m. on Friday morning. A stand distribution plan is also available at the information point in the Goethe Galerie. |

| Quality Standards |
Please take notice of the quality standards of the Centres: sunshades, banner ads, beach flags and A-stand-up-displays are not allowed. Personal articles and clothes of the stand staff are to be stored hidden. It is strictly forbidden to eat and drink at the fair stand. Acoustic irradiation is not allowed in general. Interested visitors are to be contacted from inside the hired stand. |

We are organizing a relaxed end of the first fair day and we would like to share this with our exhibitors! The evening is organized from 20.30 on at Hotel Steigenberger Esplanade and the fees for participation are 15,- Euro + VAT/person! |

| Arrival / Parking |
A map showing you how to get to the Goethe Galerie is available on the Goethe Galerie page itself. Parking at Goethe Galerie is chargeable. |

| Important! |
The exhibitor undertakes to occupy his stand throughout the duration of the fair and to staff it accordingly. It is expressly prohibited for the stands to be vacated before 8 p.m. on the final day of the fair (see Terms). |
