Regensburg is the 4th largest town of Bavaria and centre of a prospering region since 1990. The exemplary reconstruction of the old town has brought up an architectural jewel like no other in Germany.

With its southern atmosphere Regensburg is also characterized as the northernmost City of Italy. Dignified constructions as the "Steinerne Brücke", the old town hall, the cathedral and the "Porta Praetoria" belong to the almost completely conserved medieval heart of this likeable and more than 2000 years old metropolis.

Beyond historical attractions there is a lot more to discover at Regensburg. Very good shopping and culinary facilities, a various offer of culture life and the bordering landscapes of the Bayerischer Wald, the idyllic dales of the Donau, Naab and Regen invite for a longer stay!
