| Stand allocation |
The fair management allocates the stands on the spot as of 8 p.m. on Thursday evening and 8 a.m. on Friday morning. A stand distribution plan is also available at the information point in the Donau-Einkauszentrum. |

| Exhibitors' evening |
We arrange an informal and entertaining evening for our exhibitors and would be pleased if you could attend. The participation charge is 15 EUR per person plus 19% VAT. |

The exhibitor undertakes to occupy his stand throughout the duration of the fair and to staff it accordingly. It is expressly prohibited for the stands to be vacated before 8 p.m. on the final day of the fair (see Terms). |
