| Stand allocation |
The fair management allocates the stands on the spot as of 8 pm on Thursday evening and 8 am on Friday morning. A stand distribution plan is also available at the information point in the Hessen-Center. |

| Exhibitors' evening |
We arrange an informal and entertaining evening for our exhibitors and would be pleased if you could attend. The participation charge is 15 EUR per person plus 19% VAT. |

A map showing you how to get to Hessen-Center is to be found on the page of the center itself. At the start of the fair the management also supplies a description for those making their own way from the Hessen-Center to the venue for the exhibitors evening in Frankfurt. |

The exhibitor undertakes to occupy his stand throughout the duration of the fair and to staff it accordingly. It is expressly prohibited for the stands to be vacated before 10 p.m. on the final day of the fair (see Terms). |
